As part of NFLG’s Closed Loop Care service philosophy, customer support extends far beyond equipment delivery. Recently, NFLG conducted a comprehensive product and operational training program for our Russian customers, focusing on mobile crushing and screening equipment. While product training is only one component of our lifecycle service system, it is often one of the most critical factors in helping customers maximize equipment performance and long-term return on investment.

📚 The program combined theoretical learning with hands-on practice, covering equipment structure, operating principles, process optimization, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Through simulated operating scenarios and real-world case studies, participants learned how to identify and resolve common faults, optimize machine settings for different material characteristics and site conditions, and improve production efficiency while maintaining stable operation.

🔧 A key focus of the training was helping operators understand how equipment parameters influence throughput, product quality, and energy consumption. By learning how to adjust settings according to changing working conditions, customers gained practical skills that enable them to unlock greater productivity and reduce unplanned downtime.
